And More!

Dear Parents and Guardians/A Thuismitheoirí agus a Chaomhnóirí,

Halloween/Autumn Celebrations

Tomorrow we are going to make an exception for this year and allow each child to bring in one treat each. We encourage you all to dress up tomorrow, keeping it simple, homemade, fun and not necessarily Halloween themed. Halloween costumes are still allowed but bear in mind that some children can be afraid if too scary and that hand sanitising will still be required, modify accordingly. The full effect may have to wait until you are in your classroom as directed by the teacher.

PTA Autumn Challenge

Thank you to the PTA for this lovely idea, have fun getting crafty and arty over the mid-term break, click here for more information and see across.

One Day Together for Educate Together

It is great to have a chance to celebrate being part of the wonderful Educate Together movement and we are very grateful for all the hard work of the staff in the National Office. We’d love to get some good pictures to share with other Educate Together schools within our community including from 4th class currently working from home.

ALC Gardening Today

Fair play to Kathy and the ALC gang who have begun to transform this space (see pic across) into a wildlife garden.

Lost Property

All the lost property items have been sanitised and will be displayed again tomorrow, Friday 23rd October outside the school gate at 1:20pm and again at 2:10pm. Any items not claimed will be washed and donated to a local charity shop.
