 Hurling

Congratulations to our wonderful team and coaches on their fantastic sportsmanship at Croke Park on Tuesday. They did us so proud and well done to all the supporters; it was truly a great whole school event, enjoyed by all!

Trips

The Infant classes enjoyed their visit to Newbridge House and 3rd class had a great day exploring the shores on Rush beach.

Art Day (see attached)

We are really looking forward to our first Art Day here in our new building tomorrow from 9am. Huge thanks to all the parents and volunteers for giving their time. We would also like to thank Áine for all her involvement. It’s going to be a great day!

Sports Day

We will have our first Sports Day in our new building next Wednesday 21st June. We are really hoping for a good day weather wise. If it is a wet day, we will run the junior sports day programme and hold the senior sports day at a later date, but fingers crossed. All the areas throughout the whole school will be used, so space may be slightly limited at times. Parents are most welcome from 10am – 12.20pm. We will have a parent race and a toddler race at 12pm.

Some junior activities will take place in the hall and can be viewed from the viewing area on the upstairs corridor. All senior activities are outside and can be viewed from the bike shed area.

We would be grateful for donations of unwanted ties or spoons for the novelty races. Please give to Clare (2nd floor) or David (4th).
