As part of maths week, 6th class visited the Casino in Marino to take part in a workshop called “geometry jenga”. We learned a lot about the architecture of the famous landmark, the tricks that were used when building it, as well as the people who lived there. Did you know that there are sixteen rooms in the Casino, even though from the outside it looks like only one! We then got to build our very own models of the Casino to take home.
